Spring Garden Tour

Wander the exclusive historic gardens of Mount Macedon with us, on one of our spring day tours!
Hosted by: Mount Macedon Tours
Mount Macedon VIC, Australia

Mount Macedon shines in spring with a wash of bulb drifts, dazzling blooms, gentle blossoms, and many happy colors. This tour showcases some of the most special gardens on the mountain.

We start at Shepherds Bush and walk with owners Kevin and Chris through the garden, hearing intelligent and funny anecdotes about its creation, as well as being impressed by their extensive horticultural knowledge.

Next is Cameron Lodge, a historical garden set on 10 acres of glorious paths that wind down to the famous ‘Temple of the Winds’. Tugurium follows this – a stunning collection of rare plants in the home garden of Stephen Ryan and artist Craig Lidgerwood ( Craig’s studio will be open for a tour on 25 November ).

We finish our adventure off by enjoying a delicious paired lunch at Mount Towrong Vineyard Cellar Door enjoying their award-winning wines and rustic Italian food lovingly created by the Cremesco family.

This tour includes lunch and bus transport departing (and returning) from our office on Mount Macedon Rd, Mount Macedon, 10.30am – 4.00pm. This also gives you the option to roam our Mount Macedon village shops!
