Woodend Artists & Makers Market – April
In 2025 this is a new family-friendly market to Woodend which provides local artists and makers with an opportunity to exhibit and sell locally in Woodend.
The Macedon Ranges is an area rich with artisans, so you will find beautiful items worked in all mediums. Framed original paintings, ceramic work, jewellery; items to buy as gifts, or for yourself. Silk fabric, printed fabrics, and dyed materials made into silk scarves, flowing dresses, and knitted items.
Good coffee and food are available at our market – you can come for lunch and treat it as a fun day out – bring a rug and relax in our huge garden.
To continue the festive vibe, if you arrive at around lunchtime we have live music!
The market is held in the Norma Richardson Hall, attached to St Mary’s Anglican Church. You’ll find us on top of the hill, opposite the cemetery, and adjacent to the Woodend Primary School.
We have a huge range of articles on display and for sale in the hall. You can move through, then out to the rear lawn to see more stallholders under their marquees.
The main hall area is accessible including the deck. The hall includes an accessible toilet with a baby change table.
The Woodend Artists & Makers Market is on the 4th Saturday of each month, excluding December and January. We hope to see you there!
