More from Baringo Food and Wine Co.

Adorned by beautiful views of Mt Macedon and Barringo Valley, the Banquet Room is located in the picturesque small village of New Gisborne, nestled at the foothills of the Macedon Ranges. Conveniently located adjacent to the historical Gisborne railway station or just a 40 minute easy drive from Melbourne with abundant on site parking available. After undergoing a complete restoration in 2014, New Gisborne’s old Whistlestop Pub is now a warm and elegant historic building.

This fantastic room can be divided into smaller more private spaces allowing us to cater for a wide range of events and celebrations. A comprehensive music and IT system can deliver high-level audio and visual media. We pride ourselves on presenting the freshest seasonal food prepared all on site by our talented chef team. Our head Chef creatively designs the menus to ensure that the food standard is always the best from delicate canapés to decadent desserts.

The Banquet Room at Baringo also offers the perfect setting for your stylish, sophisticated wedding. This elegant room will be transformed in to a beautiful ceremony and reception venue. From a simple picnic on the lawn, a sumptuous cocktail function, traditional seated affair, or a glorious marquee event,

Baringo offers all that you could possibly imagine.
