Deep Rest Meditation: The deeply restorative, lying-down meditation classes are perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. It’s a soothing practice that gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation, similar to the restorative stages of sleep. An ideal way to let go of tension, it allows your body and mind to rest, heal, and feel truly restored. All you need to do is get comfortable, lie back, and let the practice take you to a peaceful, deeply restful state of relaxation.

Guided Mindfulness Meditation classes offer a welcoming space to simply pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. No experience needed. These sessions are designed to help you find calm and clarity, whether you’ve never meditated before or aren’t sure where to start. It’s a chance to discover your own safe space within and take that sense of peace with you for the rest of your day. Come as you are, and let this class guide you towards feeling more grounded, connected, and at ease.

Forest Bathing: Step into a private native forest and immerse yourself in a guided experience designed to slow down your awareness, reduce stress, and deeply reconnect with nature. Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), this practice moves beyond mindful walking, offering a series of guided meditations, sensory experiences and moments of stillness to truly absorb the medicine of the natural world.

With gentle guidance, you’ll explore different parts of the forest in different ways, walking slowly with intention, mindful meditations, engaging each of your senses one by one. Feel the earth beneath your feet, breathe in the scent of eucalyptus, listen to the rustling leaves, and notice the quiet presence of native wildlife. As your awareness deepens, your nervous system softens, your breath slows, and your body naturally shifts into a state of restoration and balance.
