Wander down the stairs to the front door and inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining, powder room, home office, laundry and children’s playroom.

The morning light pours into the spacious kitchen and living area making this the perfect space for bridal parties/families preparing for weddings or a quiet morning coffee while overlooking the pool and spa.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a coffee machine. The living area features a 75 inch TV with Netflix, a wood fire heater for those cold winter nights and luxury couches.

Separated from the main living area by a large glass sliding door is the childrens carpeted playroom complete with TV and Disney+.

The master bedroom is home to the designer super king size bed and double vanity ensuite, Bedroom 2 hosts a full size cot and single bed, Bedroom 3 a double bed and Bedroom 4 two single beds.

The home office is separated by French doors and equipped with an ergonomic chair, standup desk and double screens making it ideal for that ‘work-cation’.

Push the glass sliding doors aside and venture into the backyard complete with alfresco, firepit, pool, spa and amphitheater style lawn area surrounded by manicured gardens.

The backyard is the perfect space to dive into a book on the deck chairs, warmup in the spa, splash in the pool or snuggle up by the fire.

Naje House is a 10 minute walk into the heart of Romsey, even closer to the Eco Therapy Park (completion expected in June 2022) and a 15 minute drive to the famous Hanging Rock.

When it comes to deciding where to dine, the region has much to offer. Eateries and wineries can be found in Romsey and nearby townships of Lancefield, Woodend, Riddells Creek, Macedon Kyneton and Gisborne.

For cyclists, bushwalkers and hikers there is much to discover on Mount Macedon and the Wombat State Forest (Woodend).

There are many wedding venues scattered throughout the region including Cleveland Estate, Mount Macedon Winery, Hedge Farm, Lawson Lodge, Lancemore Macedon Ranges, Glen Erin, Cope Williams, Duneira Estate, Bolobek, and Cadella Park.
