Welcome to The Victoria Hotel, Woodend! We offer a friendly and generous service at The Victoria where we value your visit as much as we value sourcing and preparing quality food and drinks. We love local! The Victoria’s menus reflect our regional bias, and deliver delicious meals whatever your particular tastes or dietary requirements.

The bistro menu features a staple of great steaks, parmas, schnitzel, burgers and a barramundi fish and chips. It’s monthly produce-driven specials, a list of delicious desserts, as well as a nutritious $15 menu for under-12s. Every day, we offer at least five vegetarian options and vegan dishes. Our wine lists boasting over 70% regional wines from our cool climate vineyards within the Macedon Ranges and surrounds. We have our Parma Day with over 10 to choose from on a Monday, Locals Special – Main meals $22 on a Wednesday and Happy hour every Thursday and Friday from 4-6pm and kebabs from the Pub Truck every Friday night.

The Victoria’s full-service main dining room’s soaring two-storey self-supporting timber ceiling opens up to the skies allowing natural light to flood in with a doubled sided open fire. The spiral staircase wends up to the lofty elegance of the wraparound balcony. While back down at ground level, the Rock & Wombat Bar combines comfy lounges with high top tables great for groups. Enjoy some sunshine in the bluestone beer garden, dogs are very welcome and sheltered from the elements.

Like all good country hotels, The Victoria is more than just a place to eat and drink. Entertainment – including trivia, live music every Saturday, Chooka Raffle and Happy hour – bringing the community together!

We’re here every day, with an open kitchen for lunch and dinner.

We have some fabulous function spaces and look after all types of celebrations for 10 people up to 300!

Find us opposite Woodend Station – 60 mins by train from the centre of Melbourne. There’s plenty of parking too.
